BE IT RESOLYED BY THE MAYOR A1V� THE GI'IY COUNCIL t1P' THE CITY �` �ENTON,
GIASHINGTpN� AS FOLLCIG�S:
SECTTON I: fihe City Clerk and thc. City Treaaurer are hereby eatharized
anc3 directed to transfer the �'�i2c�iaing funds, to-wit:
FROM; Cedar River AcquisiLion Fund $50,0{}t?.00
UNTC3: Citp Library Fund $50,p00.Q0
aad the aforesaid tr�nsfer shall be and constitute a Iaan bearfng intere�t at the
rate af 3`� per annum, and such laan sha2i be repaid unto the Cedar River Aequisitn
