RESOLUTION N0 $ .
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of
the estimated revenues for the calendar year 1966, consjating of certain payments
from the Municipality of Metropolitan of Seattle, Washington, for damages done to
City streets, and
WHEREAS quch excess revenues are needed to provide adequate funds for
the restoration of said streets, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from said excess revenues the
following amount to the following fund, to-wit:
Street Maintenance Aocount 3200-801
(.',cost 3240/41fl $7,330.00
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make
the necessary transfer and appropriation as above specified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 22nd day of August, 1966.
