WHE'REAS the CITY OF RENTON has heretofore established a certa.in
Off Street Parking Fund and
WHEREAS it is advisable and necessary to discontinue and terminate
said Fund and to provide for the transfer and appropriation of the remaining
monies into the Current Expense Fund, Ni�4J THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUATCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON AS FOi,LOWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby transferred from the Off Street Pa.rking
Ftiind into and appropriated to the Current Expense F�ind the follot,ring amounts,
to-wit:

SECTION II: The Off Street Parking F�nd heretofore existing be
and the same is hereby discontinued and terminated in all respects and all
future collections from the City�s off street parking lots and facilities
shall be collected for and deposited in the City�s Current Fund. ,
SECTIfJN III: The City Clerk and City. Treasur�r are hereby authorized
and directed to make the necessary transfers and appropriations as above specified.
