RESOLUTION NO. /140-.2-
WHEREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenuesin excess of
estimated revenues for the calendar year 1966 and such payments having been received
from the Housing Authority of the City of Renton, and
WHEREAS such excess revenues are needed to provide funds for the Street
Department to install certain storm sewers and such expenditures being necessary
for the preservation of public health, safety and welfare, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
WASHINGTON as follows:
SECTION I; There is hereby appropriated from such excess revenues the
following amount to the following fund, to-wit:
Street Fund, Account No. 3200-Capital Outlay -605 $6,000.00
(Working Budget - 3240/605)
SECTION III The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make
the necessary transfer and appropriation as above specified.
