RESOLUTION NO. /(5/e19/
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE W YOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: Pursuant to the requirements of R.C.W. 41.44.200 a city belonging
to the Statewide Cities Retirement System may, whenever members of the System have
withdrawn their cumulative normal contributions, cause to have transferred for its
benefit the released matching contributions which are thus no longer held for the
benefit of such employees and members of the System. Effective as of January 1, 1967
the sum of $20,000.00 (of which $15,000. to be applied for Prior Service Liability
and $5,000. for City Matching Contributions (Street Fund)) shall therefore be
released from the City's matching contribution and placed into the Reserve Account
to be applied on future charges made against the City as provided by law.
