WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON has heretofore accumulated certain revenues
in the belowmentioned Cumulative Reserve Fund but said funds have not as yet
been appropriated, and
WHEREAS such accumulated revenues are needed for the payment of certain
obligations of the CITY in connection with the acquisition and improvement of
its Civic Center Site and such appropriation and expenditure being necessary and
in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLUIS:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from such accumulated revenues
the following amount unto the following funds
UNTO* Cumulative Reserve Fund 1894 $10,335.25
SECTION II; The City Clark is hereby authorized and—directed tO metre
the nerAol arx a.p4=212tia ion and expenditure as above specified.
