CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE N0 . 2989
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION Or FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF REIvTTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 75 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund( s)
to provide for payment to contractor for demolition of a danger.ous
building
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benef it , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the f ollowing appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: General Services, Building Facilities

SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage , approval and five days after its publication , unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove . ,
