[JI�REAS the City of Renton is initiating the vacatioa of a certain street
as hereinafter Qore particularly described, to-wit:
All that portion of Mount Olivet Cemetery Road in the northeast one quarter o� •
Section 17, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. lying easterly of the south-
easterly margin of 3rd Avenue North Extension and westerly of the Eollowi.ng
described line: beginning at a point on the southerly margin of Mount Olivet
Cemetery Road 565.06 feet easterly from the west line of the east one-half of the
northeast one-quarter of Section 17, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence
North 18°22'30" west 60 feet to the northerly margin of said: road.

SECTION I: That the �_ day of May, 1967 at the hour of 8:00 P.M. at
the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of Renton, Washington� be and is hereby
fixed as the time and place when the proposed vacation of the aforedescribed portion
of street shall be heard a nd determined.
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice
oP said time and hearing as provided in R.C.W. 35.79.020, and any and all persons in-
terested therein or objecting to said vacation may then appear and be heard thereon�
or they ma y file their written obje ctions thereto with the Cit y Clerk prior to or at
the time of the hearing on said vacation.
SECTION III: The City of Renton reserves the right to retain an eaaement
for utility and other public purposes within said right-of-way sought to be vacated.
