RESOLU TION No. ���� � � �
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of
a certain tract �f land as hereinafter m�re particularly described� located within the
City of Renton� has heretofore been presented to and f iled with the City Council and
the City Planning Commission and it appearing tt�at the preli.minary plat has heretofore
been duly approved by the Planning Commissicn after public hearing thereon as provided
by law� and
WNERFAS after due investi ation the Planni Commiasion has consi er
g ng d ed and
recommended the approval of said final plat, and said matter having come on for review
before the Plannin
Commission of the Cit of Renton at it

gular meeting on April 3� 1967, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable
