SECTION I: The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to�ransfer the su� of $10,000.00 from the Cumulative Reserve Furd 1689 unto
the Park p���asi�• as a loan� and to be re id unt� said Cumulative Re rv F 1

not later than June 30� 1967. Said loan shall bear interest at the same rate as pre—
sently derived by the City from the investmant of monies in said fund, but itt n� event
less than 3� p¢r annum. 3aid loan to be effective as of April 24, 1967.
