AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
CHANG.ING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES WI.THIN THE CITY OF RENT.ON FROM
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (GS-1) TO
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (L=1)
WHBREAS under Chapter. VII, Title :IV (Building Regulations)
of Ordinance No.. 1628 knowri as the "Code .of General Ordinances of
the City of Renton" , as amerided, and the maps and reports adopted
in conjunct.ion therew.ith, the .property hereinbelow .described has
her.etofore been zoned as Gen.eral Classificati.on District .(GS-1) ;
and
WHEREAS a proper petiti.on for change of zone classification
of said property. has been; filed with. the City Clerk on or about
November 21, 1975, which pet.ition was duly referred to_ the Planning
Commission for investi.gation, .study and public hearing, and a public
hearing having beeri held ther.eon on or about December: 3 , 1975 , and
said matter having been .duly considered by the Planning Commission
and said zoning request be 'ing in conformity with. :the Cityts Compre-
hensive Plan, as amerided, and the. City. Council having duly considered
all matter.s relevant thereto., and all parties having been heard
appearing in support .ther.eof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE
BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON,. WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTI'ON I: The. f�llowing describe.d property in the City
of Renton is her.eb.y. rezoned to� Light Industrial District (L=1) as

hereinbelow :sp�c;ified; the Public Works Director and the Planning
Director are hereby authorized and direc.ted to. change .the maps of
the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to eviderice said rezoning, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if� fully set forth.

AND FURTHER .SUBJECT to that .certain "Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants" executed by the Petitioners-Owners on or about July 15 ,
1971�, and recorded in the office of the Director of Records and
Elections under date. of August 15 , 197.4, Rece.iving No. 7408160458,
and which said Coveriants are hereby incorporated and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five (5) days after its. publication.
