ORDINANCE N0. 3003
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4-201 OF TITLE IV (BUILDING
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO A REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES OF THE
CITY' S UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : Existing Section 4-201 of Title IV (Building
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 �ntitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" (Uniform Plumbing Code 1973
Edition) is hereby amended by establishing a revised "SCHEDULE OF
FEES" reading as follows :
SCHEDULE OF FEES AS REVISED:
Fee for issuance of permit $5 . 00
Each plumbing fixture or trap or set of fixtures
on one trap 2 . 50
Rainwater Systems per drain 2 .50
Each Industrial Waste Pre-treatment Interceptor 2 .50
Installation, alteration or repair of water piping 2 .50
Repair or alteration of drainage or vent piping 2 .50
Lawn Sprinkler System 4. 00
Vacuum breakers or backflow protective devices
on tanks , vats , etc.
One (1) to Five (5 ) 2 . 50
Over five (5 ) , each . 50
Private Sewage Disposal System (Septic Tank) 10. 00
Gas Piping System .
One (1) to five (5 ) outlets 2 . 50
Additional outlets , each . 50
S�C'I'ION II : Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances �
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III : This ordinance��shall be effective on and after
January l, 1976 and upon its passage , approval and five days after
its legal ublication.
