ORDINANCE N0. 3004
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 4-731 (C) OF TITLE IV (BUILDING
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
RELATING TO FEES FOR VARIANCES AND CONDITIONAL
USE PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : There is hereby added a subsection to Section 4-731(C)
to be designated as Section 4-731(Ca3 (a) reading as follows :
Section 4-731 CC) 3 (a) :
Any applicant for a variance or conditional use permit
shall, at the time of such application, pay a fee of �'ifty Dollars
($50 . 00) which shall be non-refundable , and such payment shall be
made to the Director: .of -Finarice or �lier authorized r�p�e�s���a:t�:�ze.
SECTION II : Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III : This ordinance shall be effective on and after
January 1, 1976 , and after its passage, approval and five days after
its legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 26th day of January, 1976 .
