ORDINANCE N0 . 3015
AN ORDINA�iCE OF `�f�E C i T� OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRLATLON OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the C1TY OF REN10N, WASHIPIGTON has heretofore received
certain excess cash in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 19 76 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess cash into the belowmentioned fundCs)
for the purpose of repairing and replacing street lights,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benef it, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is he"reby authorized and
directed to provide for` the following appropriation and transfer:

UNTO: Str�et Fund

Repairs and Maintenance (Traffic
