CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROFERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OP RENTON FROM
GENE RAL CL�ASSIFICATION DTSTRI.CT (G) TO BUSINESS
- DISTRICT (B-I.) .
WHEREAS under Chapter VII , Ti�le IV CBuilding Regula�ion�)
of Ordinance Na. 1628 knawn as the "Cade of General Ordin.ances o�'
the City of Renton" , as amended, and �he raaps and reports adap�ed
' in conjunction therewith, -the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classi�icatian Distriet (G) ; and
WHEREA� a praper petitian for change af zone classification
of said proper�y has been filed with �he City Clerk on or abaut
February 3 , 1976 ,which pet.ition was duly re�erred ta the Planning
Commission for investigation, study and public hearing, and a public
I hearing having been held thereon an or abou-t k�ruary 25 , 1976 , and
said matter having been duly considered by the Planning Commissian
and said zoning request besng in. confarmi-�y with the City�s Compre�
hensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly considered �,
all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been heard appearing
