PROVIDING FOR APPROpRIATIOZJ OF FUNDS:
WHERE�S the CITY Or P.E�JTOT�, t�JASHItdGTON has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1976, and
��JHFREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer �rom such excess revenue into the below�nentioned �und
for construction of a new watermain fron ��Jel]_ 3 to r�ft. Olivet ,
and such appropri,ation being necessary anci in the public interest
