ORDINANCE NO. 3026
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RII�TTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1976, consisting of vacation fees paid for the
vacation of a portion of North 44th Street and North Logan Street, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest
and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
FROM: Excess Revenue, Current Fund $3 , 518.00
Vacation of North 44th (Pan Abode)
Excess Revenue , Current Fund 3 ,721.00
Vacation of portion of Logan Street 7 , 239.00
UNTO: Current Fund, Fire Department 7 , 239.00
Account No. 000/09. 522. 20.64
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
