WHEREt�S the Citq of Renton hea received certain revenues in exceas of the
eati.mated and antici�sted revenues and aurp�us for the calendar year 196'7, and
W�RFI�,S such excess revenues are needed to provide necessary additional f unds
to cover future printing costs and to provide for vac�tion� relief and overtime pay,
and such expenditures being necessary and in the publfc interest and for the public
ben�f it, NQ�+1 TI�REFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY TI� MAYOR AND THE CI1Y COUNCIL �' THE CITY OF RENTON AS

SECTION Is There is hereby appropriated and transferred from such excess
revenuea the follawing amount into the following fund, to-wits
Legal Department Account 1600/130, Vacation� Relief, Overtime: .`"v305.30
Legai Department Account 1600/201, F.I.C.A.: $ 14.00
Non—Departmental Aecount 1920/110: $2,000.00
SECTION II: The City Clerk and City Tressurer ere hereby authorized and
directed to make the transfer and appropriation ss above speciffed.
