WWf��EREAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of the
estimated and ant�cipated revenues and surplus for the calendar year 1967, and
WI�R.EAS such excess revenues are needed to provide necessary additional funds
to cover court costs and special legal fees involvi.ng the case of the Sta,te of Washington
et al vs Pennsalt Chemicals Corporation et al, and such expenditures being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE NIAYOR AND TI� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
FOLIAWS:
SECTION I: There is hereby appropriated from excess revenuea in the
4Jater Works Utility �uul the followiazg amount into the follawing account, to-wit:
UNTO: Water Works Utility Fhnd
Maintenance Account 7120/314 $1,OOO.UO
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hexeby authorized and directed to make the
