W�REAS the Arterial Street Fund is in need of certain sums in order to provide
f�a:►d s f or the improvement of certa in arteria 1 stree ts in the C ity of Renton pend ing
receipt of tax moniea, and
WHERBAS it is necessary to borrow such funds from the Current Fund, NOW
TY�EREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUI�IL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTOId, AS FOLLOWS:
SBCTION I: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the follawing funds, to�wit:
FRO�Nl: Current Fund $80,0OO.OQ
UNrO: Arterial Street Fund (ASP #8) $80,000.00
Gnd the aforesaid transfer ahell be and constitute a Ioan, bearing interest et the rate
oF three percent (3%) per annum, and euch loen ehall bs repaid unto ttie Current Fuad
not 2ater than December 31, 1968.
