BE IT RfiSOLVID BY THE MAYOR AND THE CI'TY COUNCIL OF Z'HE CITY OF Rffi�1TON AS
L�OLIAWS:
SECTION I: The City Clerk is hereby suthorized to transfer the sum of
�64,350.00 from excess revenues in the Current Furid unto the Park Fund, and such trans-
Fer shall be and constitute a loan unto said Fund, bearing interest at the rate of three
(3) percent per annum, and same to be repaid� in any event, not later than December 31,
1968.
