�dI�REAS the City of Renton has received certain revenues in excess of the
estimated anticipated revenues ac� surplus for the calendar year 1967, constituting
tax m�nies paid by certain industrial businesses, and
4JHEREAS a portion �f such excess revenues is needed to provide necessary
funds for payment of appraisal fees and market study costs for a parking garage faci—
lity in the downtown area of tha City, and such expenditure being necessary ana in the

BE IT RESOLVED BY Z'HE MAYOR AND THE CITY QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTUN,

SECTION I: There is hereby aQpropriated fr�m such excess revenues the
