ORDINANCE NO. 3036
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON GRANTING
UNTO CLEARVIEW T. V. CABLE , INC . , A WASHINGTON CORPORATION
AN EXTENSION OF A CERTAIN ORDINANCE NO. 2197 AND AS AMENDED
i TO CONSTRUCT , OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A COAXIAL CABLE SUBSCRIBER
SYSTEM FOR TV SIGNAL DISTRIBUTION OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN
DESIGNATED CITY STREETS AND SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS .
WHEREAS City of Renton heretofore granted as per ordinance
No. 2197 , as amended, a permit to Clearview T. V. Cable to operate
and construct a Cable T .V. system in the City of Renton, and
WHEREAS said Ordinance and permit have expired the last day
of January , 1974 , and
WHEREAS the City is willing to grant an extension of said
Ordinance No . 2197 as amended and as same may be amended at any time
in the future, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
' OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City of Renton hereby gives and grants unto
Clearview T . V. Cable , Inc . , a Washington Corporation, an extension
and renewal of that certain Ordinance No . 2197 dated December 6 , 1965 ,
as amended, for a further period 38 months from February 1, 1974 or
until March 31, 1977 . Such extension shall include all requirements and
permits in Ordinance No . 2197 , as amended.
SECTION II : All other provisions , terms and conditions of
Ordinance No. 2197, as amended by Ordinance No . 2264 , unless expressly

modified or amended hereafter, shall remain in full force and effect
and same are hereby adopted and incorporated as set forth herein.
