storm �eWers located in Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 �S.W,M., in Ring County,
4lashington, originaliq granted by tlbe St$te of Washitigton to th�a Citq of Renton on
Nov�ember 14, 1962. being located within a portion of the bed of ths Blec& River, and
WIi�REAS the P�cific Coest R.R. Compeny has hsretofore agreed to gfve arid
grant unto the City an easement for the construction� repeir, replacement, maintenence
and operation of a 60,inch storm sewer line, which eaaement shall be in aubstitution
of the easement heretafore granted to the City by the Stete of Washington, and
WHBREAS said etorm sewer facilitiea t�eve heretofore been conatrnated bq the
Pacific Coast R. R. Company, at its expease, and ia a a�snner satiafaetorq to the City
Engineer� and safd exehange of et�sements b�ing advisable enr] in the public intereat,

BE IT RESOLVED BY TI�E MAYOR AND TIiE CITY COUI�IL CF 1'H� CITY OF RENTON AS
POLLOWS:
SECTION I: The aforeseid recitals ara hereby loutd te be true and correet
and it ia hereby found to be in the best interest of the City to provid� for tl�e
rel inquiahment of easement end the acceptance, i.n 1 ieu ot such rel inquisbment, of an
esaement from the Pa�iff� Cooet R. R. Company.
SBCTION II: The Mayor end the Ci�ty Cierk are 6ereby anthorised end dis�etsd
to execute that certsin "Relinquishment of E�sement and Quitelaim Deed" attaehed hereto,
labeled bchibit "A", and to deliver same to the Pacifie Cosat R. R. Cempany� and to
receive, s3multeneously therewith.. aa easanrant from said Campany, as m�rs particuleriy
described on the att�ch�d Ex�ibit "B" which i� h�reby incorper�ted herein aa if fully
set f orth.
