ORDINANCE N0. 4042
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
REPEALING CHAPTER 3 OF TITLE II (COMMISSIONS
AND BOARDS) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON" RELATING TO CIVIL DEFENSE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Chapter 3 of Title II (Commissions
and Boards) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 26th day of January, 1987 .
