ORDINANCE N0 . 3040
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS .
WHEREAS the CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore received
certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the
calendar year 1976 , and.
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such .excess revenue into the belowmentioned fundCs)
for work that Washington Natural Gas Company is responsible for
around the Peak Shaving Plant adjacent to the �albot Hill reservoir ,
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
. for �Che publ�.c benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
