ORDINANCE N0 . 3048 �
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
I WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the caleridar year 1976, and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate. and
transfer from such excess revenue into the below mentioned fund
to finance va�ious community. developmerits as approved by H.U.D. �
and such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest �
and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DQ I
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SE"CTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby autharized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and
transfer: �

UNTO: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
SECTION �II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five days after its publ.ication.
