WHEREAS under Chapter 7, Title .IV tBuilding Regulations)
of �rdinance Na. 1628 knowri as the "Cade of General Ordinances of
the City of Ren�orz�' , as amen.ded, and the maps and repar�s adopted
' in canjunction -�herew.ith, the proper�y here 'inbelow .de.scribed has
, heretofore been zoned as General Classification Di.strict (G6000) ;

WHEREAS a proper peti.tion for change -of zQ.ne classification
of said property ha� be.en filed wi�h the .City Clerk on or about
August 22, 397.3,which petition was duly referred to the Planning

Commission for i,nvestigation, study and publ�.c hearing, and a public
hearing ha:ving been held thereon on or about July 14,. 1976 , and said �
matter having been duly cons.idered by the Planning Cammissian and
