VII, OF ORbINANCE N0. 1628 EN'TITL�D "CODE OF
GENER.AL ORDTNANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" CHANGING
PORTIONS OF FIRE ZONE I ON MAP 'TO FIRE ZONE II AND
REMAINDER TO FIRE ZONE III
T'HE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY QF RENTON, WASIiINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS F4LLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing 5ection 7-301 af Title VII of Ordinance No, 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the Citp of Renton" ia hereby a�ended as ,
follows:
SECTION 7-301, as amended: FZRE ZONE MAP: This Chapter shall be knawn as
the "Fire Zoning Chapter" and same shall consist of the text hereof and of that certain
map dated S�P�ember 13, 1976 identified by �he approv'ing signature of the Mayor and
the Clerk on the tit7.e page thereof, and marked and designated as the map of the fire
zones af the City of Renton, which map is now an file i.n the office af the City Clerk.
Said map has heretafore been duly examined in detail by the City Council, and the same,
together with any revisions, additions or modificatians hereafter adop�ed or �iled with
the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as a part of �.his Chapter and by this reference incor-
parated herein as if fully set forth, Said Chapter and alI of its terms are to be read
and interpreted in the light of the contents of said map. If any COTLfI.1Ct between the
map and the text of this Chapter is deemed to arise, the text of the Chapter shall
prevail.
SECTION II: Any a�.d all Ordinances ar parts of Ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in fu11 force and effect upon its
passage, approval and five days after its pub�ication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 13th day of September ,1976.
