AN ORDzNANCE OF THE CITY OF RENSON, WASH�NG.TQN
PROVZDZNG FOR AP�ROPRZATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the CITY. O� RENTON, WASHINGTON has heretofore
received cettai.n revenues in excess of esti.mated revenues �or the
calendar yeax 1976 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable .to appropriate and
trans�er �rom such excess xevenue into. the. below mentioned �'und
to pxovide �'or the pux�chase o� bullet praof. vests for the Police
Department, and such appropriat�n being necessary and in the public
interast and �or the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS �'OLLOWS :
SECTT'ON I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the followi:ng appropriation and transfer:
