N0. 1628 ENT.zTLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDTNANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHING.TON" RE_LATING TO- THE" PARKING AND LOADING
� ORDI�NCE" AND. THE .POSITI.ON OF "HEARING EXAMINER" AS SET FORTH
IN CITY. OF REN.TON ORDINANCE N0. 307T.
THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION� �I : Wheriever refererice is made in said Cha.pter 22
of Title IV (B.uilding Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 erititled
"Code of Gerieral Ordinances of the City of Renton" to the term "Planning
' Commission" the term "HEARING EXAMINER" shall be _sub.stituted therefor.
SECT�zON �TI:� All :other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith. are hereby repealed.
SECTTON .III:- This Ordinance shall be ef_fective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
