pF REN.TON, WASHINGTON�' RELATING TO"RENTON PLANNED UNIT
. DEVELOPMENT. ORDINANCE" (PUD) AND THE POSITION OF "HEARING
EXAMINER" AS SE'I' FORTH IN THE CITY OF RENTON ORDINANCE
N0. 3071:
THE CITY COUNC.IL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: Wheriever reference is made in said Chapter 27
of Title IV (B.uilding Re.gulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of Gerieral Ordinances of the Cit . of Reriton" to the term "Plannin

� Commission" the .term "HEARING EXAMINER". shall be .substituted therefor.
SECTI4N� I-I: All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed:.
SE"CTION 'TII : Thi:s Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five days after its publication.
