ORDINANCE N0. 4066
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 7-905 OF TITLE VII (FIRE
REGULATIONS ) OF ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTO�T" ESTABLISHING
A MINIMUM PERMIT FEE FOR FIRE SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI"I'Y OF RENTON, WASHIN�TON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : Existing subsection (H) 6 . of Section 7-905, Title VII
( Fire Regulations ) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 7-905 (H) 6 . , as amended: Sprinkler systems, kitchen fire
suppression, halon or CO2 systems permit fee shall be based and charged on
ten percent ( 10�) of plans review/inspection fee listed in this section, or
a minimum of twenty-five dollars ( $25. 00 ) , whichever is greater .
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage,
approval and thirty days after publication.
