(RIDGEVIEW ANNEXATION (A- 001-86) WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of �eneral Ordinances of. the City of Renton" , as amend�d, and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has not been zoned in th� City of Renton; and WHEREAS said property owners petitioned the City of Renton for annexation and concurrent rezoning, which said annexation havinq previously been approved and the property annexed to the City of Renton, and the City Council having held two hearings to consider this zoning application, the first hearing being held March 23, 1987 and the second hearing being held April 27, 1987 and said zoning request being in conformity with the City' s Comprehensive Plan, as amenc3ed, and the City Council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto and all parties having been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW THEREFORE SECTI0IN I: The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby zoned to Single Family Residential (R-1 ) as hereinbelow specified. .�.�. , , , ORDZNANCE N0. 4067 5ee Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set fc�rth herein.
