ORDINANCE N0. 4076
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF 1987 FEDERAL
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS.
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore received
approval of the 1987 Housing and Community Development Block Grant
program providing revenues in excess of the estimated revenues for
the calendar year 1987; and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such grants
into the below mentioned funds and such appropriation being necessary
and in the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage,
approval and five days after its publication.
