PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FRON I
GENERAL CLA�SIFICATION DISTRICT (G) TO I
TRAILER PARKS CT)
WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV CBuilding Regu3a�ions}
o� Ordinance No. 1628 knawn as the "Code af General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the map� and reports adopted I
in conjunction therewi�h, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zaned as General Classifica�ion District CG) ;

WHEREAS a praper petition for change af zone class�;f�,cation .
i of said pro�er�y ha,s been �iled with �he Planning Department on ,
or about November 14, 1977 which petition was duly referred -�o
the Hearing Examiner for investiga-tion, study and public hearing,
and a public hearing having been hel.d the�eon on or about December
2Q , 1977 , and said matter having been duly cansidered by the Kearing �,
Examiner and said zoning reque�t being in can�orm.ity wi-th the
City' � Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the Gity Council having
duly considered all. ma�ter� relevant thereta, and all parties

dated Dece�nbe� 22 , 1977 af the Cityts Hearing Examiner;the Planning �
Diree�or is hereby authori�ed and directed �o change the maps (
o� -�he Zaning C?rdi�ance, a� amended, to evidence �aid rezoning, I

hereof
(_Said property located approximately 950 feet south
of N.E. 4th Street and approximately 650 feet west ,
of Union Avenue N.E. directly adjacent and north of
the existing Leisure Estates Mobile Home Park)
AND SUBJECT FURTHER to that certain Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants executed by Petitioner-owners on or about January 9, 1978
and recorded in the officeof the Director of Records and Elections
Receiving No . 78o11s0868 and which said Covenants are hereby
incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five ( 5) days after its publication. �
