ORDINANCE N0 . 3197
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY QF RENTON, WASHINGTON
PROVIDTNG FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1978 , and
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such excess revenue into the below mentioned fund
to provide f�r purchase of automated filing equipment and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO i
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : I�
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized '
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and i
• transfer:
FROM: Excess Revenue $ 6 , 534 . 80
UNTO: Current Fund
Acct #000/000/04 . 514 . 21. 64, 00
Capital Outlay, (Machinery and
Equipment) $ 6 , 534 , 80 '
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five days after its publication,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 2�th day of February, 1g78 . I
