ORDINANCE N0 . 3210
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, G�ASHINGTON,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PRO-
PERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL
' CLASSIFICATION DISTRICT (G) TO MANUFACTURING
PARK DISTRICT (M-P) ( Richards & Holmes )

WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Building Regulations )
of Ordinance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" , as amended, and the rnaps and reports adopted
in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has
heretofore been zoned as General Classification District (G) ; and
WHEREAS a proper petition for change of zone classification
of said ro ert a
p p y h s been filed with the Plannin De artment on

or about January 16 , 1978 which petition was duly referred to the
Hearing Examiner for investigation, study and public .hearing, and
a public hearing having been held thereon on or about February 14,
1978 , and said matter having been duly considered by the Hearing
Examiner and said zoning request being in conformity with the City' s
Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and the City Council having duly
considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having
been heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto,
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : �
SECTION I: The followin described ro er i
g p p ty n the City
of Renton is hereby rezoned to Manufacturing Park District (M-P)
as hereinbelow specified, subject to the findings , conclusions and
decision dated February 21, 1978 of the City' s Hearing Examiner;
the Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed to change ��
the maps of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to evidence said
rezoning, to-wit:
Lots 21, 22, 23 , 24 and 25 , Block 30 , Hillman' s
Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of Seattle, '

Division #l, according to the Plat recorded in
Volume 17 of Plats, Page 74 in King County, Washington.
(Said property located on Raymond St. S.W. between
Interstate Highway 405 and S.W. 16th STreet)
AND SUBJECT FURTHER to �at certain Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants executed by Petitioner- owners on or about March 15, 1978
and recorded in the office of the Director of Records and Elections ,
King County Receiving No. 7803270677 and which said covenants
are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and five ( 5) days after its publication.
