AN ORDINANCE OF TAE CITY OF RENTON, tidASHINGTON
REPEALING CHAPTER 4, TITLE IV, OF ORDINANCE 4�1628
OF THE CITY OF RENTON "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
(PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS)
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and in the public interest to
repeal. said Chapter as hereinabove described, NOW THEREFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIPd AS FOLLOtJS:
SECTION I: Said Chapter 4, Tit1e IV, Ordinance ��1628, Code
of General Ordinances (Private Swimming Pools) , is hereby repealed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval. and five days after its publication, unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 10 th day of - -Ap ri 1 , 1978.
