ORDINANCE N0. 3 213
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
F REPEAZING CHAPTER 10, TITLE IV, OF ORDINANCE ��1628
OF THE CITY OF RENTON "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
(FALLOUT SHELTERS)
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and in the public interest to
repeal said Chapter as hereinabove described, NOW THEREFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Said Chapter 1.0, Title IV, Ordinance ��1628, Code
of General Ordinances (Fall.out Shelters) , is .hereby repealed.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and five days aftier its publication, unless
otherwise provided for hereinabove.
