AN ORDII�ANCE OF THE .CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,AMENDING
SECTI�N II OF ORDINANCE N0 . �3189 WHICH AUTHORIZED THE .
ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY. EMINENT DOMAIN,
PROVIDED FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF; AUTHORIZED THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO PREPARE � PETITION FOR CONDEMNATION IN THE
SUPERIOR COURT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF. KING AND THE
PROSECTUION THEREOF FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SUCH PROPERTY
AND PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR CONSTRUCION AND IMPROVEMENT OF LIND
AVENUE BETWEEN S . W. 16TH STREET AND S .W. 43RD STREET,
IN RENTON, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF
A 20 FOOT TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT WITHIN SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED REALTY IN ADDITION TO THE' RIGHT OF WAY SPECIFICALLY _
DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE N0. 3189�
WHEREAS subsequent to the passage of Ordinance 3189 , under
date of December 19, 1977, the City of Renton has determined that is
is necessary for the construction and improvement of Lind Avenue
between S .W. 16th Street and S .ja. 43rd Street to acquire a twenty
(20) foot temporary construction easement adjacent and in addition
to the property (proposed right of way) specifically descr.ibed in
' Ordinance No . 3189; . , ,

NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, .
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : • • * , `

SECTION I: Section II of City of Renton Ordinance No. 3189
be, and it is hereby amended by adding thereto , following the legal
description set forth therein, the following:
"Together with a temporary construction easement within
the westerly 20 feet of the easterly 60 feet of the South 1/2
of' the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , situate in King '
County, State of Washing�n."
SECTION II : The provisions of said Ordinance 3189 be , and it
is hereby confirmed in all respects , as adopted the 19th day of
December, 1977 . �
