AN 4RDZNANCE OF THE CITY QF RENTQN, WASHINGTON
CHANGING. THE ZONING CLASSIFTCATION OF CERTATN
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE .CITY OF RENTON FROM GENERAL
CLAS�IFICATION DISTRIGT (G) TO BUSINESS DISTRICT
(B-1) (R�.67-?8)
WHEREAS under Chapter 7 , Title IV (Buildzng Regulatians)
of O�da.nance No. 1628 known as the "Code of General Ordinance�
of the City. of Ren.ton" , as amerided, and -�he maps and reports
adopted in conjunction therewith, the praperty hereinbelow
described has heretoft�re been zoned as General Classifica-�ion
Distri.c� (G3 ; and
WHEREAS a proper pe-ti-tion �or change of zone classifica�ian
, of said property has been filed with the Planning Departmen�
II an ar abau.t Apri.l 17 , 1978 which peti.tian was duly referred to
the Hearing Examiner for inves�igation, s.tudy and public hearsng,
and a public hearing having been held �hereon on or about May 30 ,
1978 , and said matter having been duly con�idered by �he Hearing
I Examin.er and �aid zoning requ.est being in conformity wi�h the
�' Ci-ty' s Comprehensive Plan, as amended, and th.e City Cauncil having
duly consi.dered all matters relevant thereto, and all par�ies
