� AN pRDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON
� PRQVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
�
� WHE�2EAS the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore
�' received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1978 , and '
WHEREAS it .is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the below mentioned fund
to provide for the acquistiion of the Petermeyer property and
payment for Aerial photographs and ,
such appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHING�'QN , DO
pRDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized �
and directed to provide for the following appropriation and transfer:
