AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDTTON WASHINGTON PR,OVIDING

FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WWHERFEAS the City of Renton, Washington has certain unappropriated revenues
from Antirecession Fiscal Assistance, and
WHERF,AS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate from such unappropriated ,
revenue into the belowmentioned fund and such appropriation being necessary and in �I
the public interest and for the public benefit, NOW T�REFORE II
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to
provide for the following appropriation:
FROM: ANTIRECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE I',
UNAPPROPRIATED REVEN[TES -------------- - $80,767.00
UNTO: ANTIRECESSION FUND
Fire Suppression Division

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval
and five days after its publication.
