ORDINANCE NO. 4081
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CTTY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAIVNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (THE
POLYGON CORPORATION - SUNPOINTE CONDOMINIUM -FPUD-037-
87)
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final planned unit
development for a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described , located within the City of Renton has
heretofore been duly approved by the City Council after public
hearing thereon as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has
considered and recommended the approval of said final planned
unit development and the City Council having duly approved said
final planned unit development at its regular meeting on August
17, 1987, and such approval being deemed proper and a�visable and
in the public interest, NOW THERE�ORE
THE CITY COUNCIL aF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The final planned unit development heretofore
submitted an�7 approved by the Hearing Examiner , pertaining to the
following described real estate to-wit:
(See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth herein.

developm�nt, SUBJECT to those certain Declaration of Restrictiv�
Covenants executed by Petitioner-Owners nn or about March 2,
1987, recorded in the office of the Director of Records and
Elections, Receiving No. 8703020693 and as amended by The First
Arnendment to Declaration of Restrictive Covenants dated August
11 , 1987 and recorded under R�ceiving No . g�08210840 .
which said covenants are hereby incorporated and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth; AND FURTHER SUBJECT to the laws and
ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings,
conclusions and recommendatinns of the City' s Hearing Examiner
dated July 27, 1987.
SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval �n� five days aft�r its publicatian.

This First Amendment to Declaration of Restrictive
Covenants (this "First Amendment") is egecuted by CF/CHG
ASSOCIATES, a Washington general partnership, with reference to
that certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (the
"Declaration") recorded March 2, 1987 under King County
Auflitor ' s File No. 8703020693 .
CF/CHG Associates hereby wishes to amend the Declaration by
expanding the legal description of the real property subject to
the Declaration. Now, therefore, for good and valuable
consideration, CF/CHG Associates hereby amends the Declaration
by expanding the leqal description attached to the Declaration
as "Exhibit A" to include the legal description attached hereto
