AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PRO�IIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHEREAS the City of Renton, Washington, has
heretofore received certain excess revenues in excess of estimated
revenues f.or the calendar year 1978 , and
� WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate
and transfer from such excess revenue into the below mentioned fund
to provide for the demolition of a dangerous building and such
appropriation being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Director of Finance is hereby
authorized. and directed to provide for the following appropriation
and trans f er: � '
FROM: Excess Revenue $1 ,000 . 00
UNTO: Building Division
Acct. No. 000/000/15 . 538 . 20 . 62 . 00 $1,000 . 00
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective
upon its passage, approval and five days after its publication.
