, ' PROVZDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
WHE.REAS th_e City of Renton, Washington, has heretofar�e
receiyed certain exce.ss reyenues �n excess of estimated revenues
' for th.e calendar ear 1 78 and

WHEREAS i.t is nece.s.sary and advisable to appropriate and �
transfer from such. excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund
to provide for th.e. transfer to pay for conduits for installation
by th.e Pul�lic Wor`k.s Department , and such appropriation being necessary
and i.n the public interest and for the publi.c benefit ,. NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
