ORDINANCE N0 . 3254 _
WHEREAS the City of_ Renton, Washington has heretofore

received certain excess revenues in'�excess of estimated reveriues
for the calendar year 1978 , , and . , r , _ ° , � '
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and
transfer from such excess revenue into the belowmentioned funds
for the. purpose of salary adjustments per 21-R Union contraet
settlement and for Management and Supervisory personnel and such
appropriation being necessary and in, the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW •THEREFORE

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
