Jr�inances o� the City af Renton" is hereby a�ended as foll.ows :
Section 1.0-1707 {B) � �s amen��d � Th� Hearing Examin�r
within ten (10 ) days �ft�r th� re�ues't for a hearing shall notify
the motor vehicle own�r in wr_ iting o�:
I . The hearing d�t� and time� and
2 . If the awn�r of the motor v�hicle desires t� have the
off.icer responsible for th� iznpaundment or a representativ�
of the towing c�mpariy present at tha hearing, a written
request on a document provid�d by the He�ring Examin�r must
be r�turned to the Hearing Examin�r n� I�ter th�n t�n ( 10 )
days prior to the h�aring �ate;
