THE CI'�Y COUNCII.� OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
QRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: �
SECTION I: Ex_istirig �ection 8-717 (A) of' Chapter 7 ,
Title VIII (�Heal.th and Sanitation) _of Ordinance No . 1628 entitled
"Code of General Orclinances of the Ci-�y of Renton" is hereby amended "

Section 8-717 (A) , as amended: In. addition �o sewer

cannection pe�mit fees as required by Ordinance and the rules and
regulations promulga�ed �hereunder, there. is hereby imposed upon, and
the owners of proper�ies which have not previausly been asses`sed or charged
or borne an equitab�e share of the cost of �he City' s sewer distribu�ion
sys�em shall pay, prior to any connec�tion to a City sewer main, a
